Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Chief Steward(ess) for a 55m motor yacht currently in Europe, offering a permanent position within a crew of 14. The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for overseeing the interior service, managing the housekeeping and laundry operations, and ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction. This role will involve training and supervising the interior team of 4, coordinating with the Captain and other department heads, and maintaining inventory and provisioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail. A comprehensive understanding of interior service protocols, along with excellent communication abilities, will be essential for success in this position. Candidates must be prepared to contribute to a collaborative team environment while upholding the operational standards of the vessel.
