Summary
We are seeking an experienced 1st Officer holding a Chief Mate Unlimited to join a large, well-structured 95m+ motor yacht operating worldwide.

The Bridge team is structured as Chief Officer, 1st Officer, 2nd and 3rd.
Certification & Experience Requirements
- Chief Mate Unlimited
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as OOW on yachts 80m+ / over 3000 GT
- Strong working knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and maritime compliance
- Experience with helicopter operations (HLO certificate preferred)
- B1/B2 visa required, Schengen passport preferable
- Male candidate required due to shared cabin arrangements
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with ISM, ISPS, and Class requirements
- Maintain safety documentation, drill schedules, and training records
- Lead onboard safety drills and crew training sessions
- Support HLO duties and helicopter landing area compliance
- Carry out bridge watchkeeping duties as required
Start Date: Beginning of February 2026
Contract: Rotational (time-for-time)
Salary: USD 7,500 DOE
