Summary
Burgess Recruitment is seeking a Sole Chef for a busy 50m charter motor yacht.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit, professional crew on a well-managed 50m dual season charter yacht.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Head Chef on similar-sized charter yachts
- Culinary training and experience in high-end restaurants or hotels preferred
- A key requirement is the ability to plan and deliver world-class menus, including fine dining, themed experiences, fusion cuisine, breads and desserts, while confidently sourcing premium ingredients globally such as caviar, Wagyu, truffles and fresh seafood
- Excellent time and kitchen management
- Creative, adaptable, and able to cater to varied guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- B1/B2, STCW, ENG1, FHS level 3
Start date: ASAP trip booked early February
