Summary

Burgess Recruitment is seeking a Sole Chef for a busy 50m charter motor yacht.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit, professional crew on a well-managed 50m dual season charter yacht.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Head Chef on similar-sized charter yachts
  • Culinary training and experience in high-end restaurants or hotels preferred
  • A key requirement is the ability to plan and deliver world-class menus, including fine dining, themed experiences, fusion cuisine, breads and desserts, while confidently sourcing premium ingredients globally such as caviar, Wagyu, truffles and fresh seafood
  • Excellent time and kitchen management
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to cater to varied guest preferences and dietary requirements
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • B1/B2, STCW, ENG1, FHS level 3

Start date: ASAP trip booked early February

Join: Caribbean

Salary: DOE

Leave: 90 days

Program: Dual season - Charter
