Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Sole Chef for a 42m private motor yacht.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a comparable Sole Chef role
- Creative, positive and adaptable with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Confident in producing healthy, balanced and varied cuisine for both guests and crew
- Strong galley organisation and financial responsibility
- Ability to contribute to the safe and effective overall vessel operations
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
- STCW Basic Training
Vessel details:
- 8 crew and up to 10 guests (typically 4–6)
- Private usage
Start: 1 March
Location: Spain (Mediterranean summer, Pacific winter)
Package: Salary DOE, 38 days annual leave
