Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bosun to join a well-run 40m motor yacht based in the South of France, cruising the Mediterranean on a busy charter program.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. This role requires excellent deck skills, good organization, and the ability to support and motivate junior deck crew while working closely with the Chief Mate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience on board yachts, happy to consider a senior deckhand to step up into a Bosun role.
- Solid tender driving and deck maintenance skills
- Confident in leading deck operations and supervising crew
- Professional, proactive, and charter-focused mindset
- Med cruising on a busy charter yacht
