Overview

A VIP private client with residences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and personable Sous Chef to join their private household culinary team. This is a live-out position, working alongside an established team of chefs in a high-standard kitchen environment.

The client places strong value not only on culinary skill, but also on cultural fit in personality such as, kindness, attitude, and team fit.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in daily food preparation

• Assist in preparing meals for:

• The principal

• Family members

• Larger groups of guests when entertaining

• Work across a variety of cuisines, including:

• Middle Eastern

• Mediterranean

• International

• Healthy and wellness-focused dishes

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety

• Work collaboratively and respectfully within a professional private kitchen team

• Adapt to changing service needs and guest numbers

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie

• Experience cooking for large numbers of guests

• Confident working within a team-based kitchen environment

• Calm, kind, and positive personality — attitude and character are key hiring criteria

• Flexible, professional, and well-presented

• Female candidates preferred, in line with client request

• Available to start as soon as possible

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 15,000 per month
