We are seeking a talented and experienced Sole Chef to join a very successful and busy charter yacht with light owner use, operating throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, and USA. This is a great opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced charter environment, takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality cuisine, and enjoys being part of a dynamic, professional team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sole/Head Chef on busy charter yachts
- High standard of cooking; fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to handle pressure and short turnaround periods with professionalism
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven longevity on charter vessels
- Solid, verifiable references
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to integrate seamlessly into an awesome, energetic, and fit crew
- Relevant visas and documents must be up to date
