Summary

Temporary Crew Chef Required – 73m Motor Yacht

We are seeking a temporary Crew Chef for a 73m motor yacht, to provide short-term cover for 1–2 months.

The primary responsibility will be cooking for crew, with additional support to the Head Chef during guest operations. The Head Chef travels with the guests, and the Crew Chef will assist as required when guests are onboard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily meal preparation for 17 crew
  • Assisting the Head Chef during guest trips (up to 12 guests)
  • Crew and guest provisioning when required
  • Maintaining galley cleanliness and hygiene standards

Position details:

  • Start date: 31 January (handover with current Crew Chef)
  • Duration: Temporary cover only (not a permanent position)
  • Daily rate: €200 per day
  • Current location: St. Maarten (locally based candidates preferred)
  • Cabin: Shared cabin

Requirements:

  • Valid STCW
  • Valid ENG1
  • Previous yacht experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a galley team

Guest schedule:

Next guest trip expected the first weekend of February.

This is a temporary relief position only, intended to cover operational requirements during this period.
