Deckhand - Private/Charter 50m M/Y
We are looking for an experienced deckhand with a minimum of one years yachting experience to join a new build busy private/charter yacht. Charter experience is desired for this role as well as strong tender driving skills for a large chase boat and a Yacht Master/ Yacht Rating.
Start date: End of February 2026
Package: Permanent with 60 days leave, Salary 3000+ (doe)
Itinerary: Western & Eastern Med, to join in Italy
Responsibilities & attributes required:
1 year+ yachting experience
Strong tender driving and water sports experience
Charter experience a bonus
Positive and proactive personality
Team player
Qualifications:
STCW BST
ENG1
AEC (bonus)
Yacht Master / Yacht Rating (essential)
VISA: Schengen Visa in hand/ EU Passport
