Summary

Position: Female Sous Chef

Location: 70m+ Private Motor Yacht

Contract: 2:2 Rotation (2 Months On - 2 Months Off)

Salary: €5500/6000 per month

Accommodation: Shared cabin (female only, due to cabin arrangements)

Start Date: March 1st, 2025 in the Caribbean.

Guests: 12 guests / 18 crew

Requirement: Schengen visa or EU passport preferred + B1B2 visa Required.

Language Requirement: Fluent English preferred

Job description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Female Crew Chef to join the galley team of an 70m+ private motor yacht.

This is a standout opportunity to join a well-equipped, professional galley led by an incredibly experienced and inspiring Head Chef with a strong culinary pedigree. The yacht is privately owned and will be cruising the Med this summer.

Your primary focus will be preparing healthy, high-quality meals for a crew of 18. You will also assist the head chef in guest service, especially in baking fresh bread and preparing desserts.

Strong skills in pastry and bakery are preferred, along with a confident, guest-facing attitude for occasional guest service using the yacht’s exceptional outdoor galley and barbecue areas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years on similar-sized yachts and a strong background in high-end restaurant kitchens. Experience with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine is important. A calm, hardworking team player with no ego or drama is essential.

Candidates must hold: 

Food Hygiene Certificate

Valid ENG1

B1B2 Visa

A performance-based bonus structure may be offered at the end of the year.

This is a rotational 2:2 position, offering an excellent work-life balance aboard a modern dual-season yacht.

No visible tattoos due to fleet preference.
