Summary
We are seeking a professional, calm, and team-minded Sous Chef to join a busy, world-cruising program with heavy owner use. You’ll be working alongside another Sous Chef in a supportive galley, delivering consistently high standards while maintaining a positive onboard culture.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a close-knit crew environment — no ego, no drama, and strong communication are essential.
The Role
- Assist with menu planning, prep, execution, and plating
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety procedures
- Help manage provisions, stock rotation, inventories, and minimising waste
- Work collaboratively with interior and deck teams to support guest experience
What We’re Looking For

- Valid B1/B2 visa (in hand) and ready to travel
- Available to start by: 2nd February 2026
- All certificates and documents in hand, including (as applicable):
- STCW & ENG1
- Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification
- Strong checkable references
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilient, tidy, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a high-tempo, owner-facing environment
- FEMALE ONLY due to cabin arrangements
Package
- Salary: Non-negotiable (please apply only if this aligns)
- Leave: 60 days per year
- Flights: 2 x return flights per year
- Full-time position on a world-cruising itinerary
