EXPERIENCED DECKHAND 75M MY:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deckhand/relief Chase Boat Captain with strong tender driving skills to join a 75m private yacht which is currently based in New Zealand for a yard period. This is an excellent program for candidates looking to gain sea miles while working with a tight-knit, long-standing crew.
The role:
- Strong tender-driving focus - ability to confidently operate the 55ft Wajer chase boat is highly preferred
- The vessel is in the yard in New Zealand until end of March
- Following the yard period: Pacific crossing, one-month stay in New York, then across to the Med for the summer season
- Start date: 15th February
- B1/B2 preferred but not essential
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience on similar-sized yachts
- Proven tender-driving experience; chase boat handling highly advantageous
- Yachtmaster offshore - essential
- Candidates who value longevity and enjoy an active, world-cruising program
