LEAD DECKHAND 90M MY:
We are looking for a Lead Deckhand to join an established 90m private/charter yacht with a dual-season Med/Caribbean program. This is a busy, well-run vessel seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on candidate who enjoys an active lifestyle and working as part of a professional deck team.
The role:
- Start date: 5th February
- Private and light charter program with a dual-season Med/Caribbean itinerary
- Currently based in the Caribbean
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience on 50m+ motor yachts
- Yachtmaster required (Yacht Rating a bonus)
- Strong tender driving experience
- PDSD
- B1/B2 and Schengen visa required
- Additional skills/qualifications a bonus (e.g. Carpentry, Water Sports Instructor)
- Active, fit, and health-focused individual
What’s on offer:
- Salary: 3600 Euros (DOE)
- 90 days leave per year (60+30)
- Two return flights
