Role will mainly be cooking for a crew of 19x ppl. When the boss is off you will be working solo and have a good galley and space to work in. When the boss is on, the Head Chef comes onboard and may ask for assistance. Head Chef is friendly, high level and professional. Nice boat, good crew and adventurous itinerary.
