Job Description: Charter Boat Captain
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Charter Boat Captain to join our busy and dynamic team. As a captain, you will be responsible for managing and navigating our charter boat in the stunning waters of Sardinia and Corsica. The yacht is used all year round: summer is busy with charters and winter is for occasional owners' use in the marina.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Charter Experience: Proven experience as a charter boat captain, with a strong understanding of the role.
- Expert Knowledge: Familiarity with SOF, Sardinia, and Corsica waters.
- Communication Skills: Well-spoken, clear communicator with clients and crew.
- Leadership: Strong team leader, motivator, and problem-solver.
