Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bosun/assistant Engineer for a busy 48m charter yacht based in French Polynesia. The ideal candidate will oversee the deck crew, ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of the vessel, while also managing deck inventory and equipment. Responsibilities include supervising daily deck operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization on the exterior of the yacht. The Bosun will also assist with navigation and anchoring procedures as needed. Candidates should possess relevant maritime certifications, a strong background in yachting, and experience in a similar role on motor yachts. A team-oriented attitude, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a crew of 10 are essential.
