Summary
An accomplished and highly professional Senior Service Stewardess is required for a prestigious private motor yacht over 100 metres in length, currently cruising the Mediterranean. The vessel is widely recognised within the industry for its exceptional aesthetic appeal, refined onboard environment, and high service standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior service role on large yachts or luxury cruise ships of 75m+, with a strong background in guest-facing service. A high level of competence in silver service, fine wine and cocktail service, table presentation, floristry, and coffee service is essential. The ability to lead by example, mentor junior stewards, and maintain seamless service standards throughout busy guest periods is key. Applicants should demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a polished and confident manner, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering a world-class owner and guest experience are vital, along with the desire to remain onboard for a long-term programme.

Job Specification
- Valid STCW '10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restriction
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 is required
- Minimum 1-2 Years in similar role and rank experience on a yacht
- Silver Service and fine dining experience and qualifications are significant advantage
- Skills & certifications in wine and cocktails, flowers, fabric care, special events and UHNW individuals will be well received
- Trip and charter planning experience and skills will be well received
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
- No visible tattoos and no smokers
- Must have EU Passport, the right to work in the EU, or Schengen Visa
