Experienced Deckhand / Road Cyclist – 90m Private M/Y
We are seeking a professional and energetic Deckhand to join a premier 90m motor yacht currently located in Antigua & Barbuda. This is a permanent position for a candidate who takes pride in high-level vessel maintenance and possesses a genuine passion for road cycling.
The Role:
- Assisting with all deck operations, including berthing, anchoring, and watchkeeping.
- Executing meticulous maintenance projects (painting, polishing, varnishing).
- Supporting guest activities, with a specific focus on lead/support for road cycling excursions.
Requirements:
- B1/B2 Visa (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in road cycling (high-level enthusiast or competitive background).
- Strong team spirit and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Commitment to high service standards and safety protocols.
Package:
- Start Date: February 1st.
- Salary: $3,500 USD per month.
