The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy 3rd Engineer who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role on a hard-working vessel where proactive maintenance and quick problem-solving are celebrated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief and 2nd Engineer in all technical operations and planned maintenance.
- Engage in daily "hands-on" engineering tasks to ensure the vessel remains in guest-ready condition.
- Contribute to a positive, hardworking deck/eng team culture during back-to-back charters.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience working aboard large yachts is essential.
- Visas: Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa.
- Qualifications: While an AEC or higher is beneficial, a formal ticket is not a necessity for this role—we value practical skill, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic above all.
