Currently in the Caribbean and will head to the Med for the summer or Newport, RI.

Responsible for:
Galley department and equipment.
Provisioning and maintaining stocks and galley stores.
Galley accounts, budgeting and menu planning.
Provide healthy and varied meals for crew and guests.
Assist on deck with sailing duties and berthing
The owner likes to sail a lot so don’t need a first timer to yachts or to sailing.
Also sail some remote areas so should have good food knowledge and be creative.
A sense of humor is essential. Plenty guest interaction.
Will be standing watches at sea and help around the yacht is always appreciated.
