Rotation: 10/10 for the HoDs. Open for the right profiles only.
We are seeking an experienced and well rounded Captain to lead a 40m new build entering service in summer 2026. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong operational control with a calm, modern management style.
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as Captain on 35–50m yachts
• Open to nationalities. Quality always comes first
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Professional but relaxed leadership style, high standards without being rigid
• Confident managing both family and guest operations
• Solid experience with Med cruising, Red Sea experience is a big plus
• Comfortable working with rotation for HoDs if agreed
Your focus
• Build and lead a motivated, stable crew culture
• Ensure safe, efficient and smooth yacht operations
• Maintain a calm, discreet onboard atmosphere
• Work closely with the Owner and management team on long-term strategy
• Oversee new build handover and initial setup phase
