We are seeking a refined and confident Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department on a 40m new build launching in summer 2026. This role is for someone who delivers high standards with warmth, not stiffness.
What we’re looking for
• Experience as Chief Stew on 35–50m yachts, or strong Second Stew ready to step up
• Open to nationalities. Quality always comes first
• Service style: professional but relaxed
• High emotional intelligence and natural leadership skills
• Calm, discreet, and guest focused
• Comfortable with a flexible rotation structure for the right setup
Your focus
• Create a refined yet welcoming onboard service culture
• Lead and mentor the interior team with clarity and respect
• Anticipate Owner and guest needs with discretion
• Maintain high presentation standards without over formalising service
• Work closely with the Captain and Chef for seamless guest experience
