We are seeking a qualified Chief Engineer for a new build 41m super yacht currently in delivery in La Spezia, Italy, with a homeport in Malta. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of advanced engineering systems, including twin Caterpillar C32 engines, ensuring the vessel's technical readiness for a demanding charter season in the Mediterranean Sea. The Chief Engineer will interact with a crew of nine, requiring a strong background in yacht engineering, particularly with customized systems. Candidates must hold relevant qualifications recognized by the Malta Registry and demonstrate a commitment to high safety and performance standards. The successful applicant will be adept at collaborating in a dynamic environment and prepared to meet the challenges of a busy cruising itinerary. This is a permanent/rotational position with a start date of March 1, 2026.
