Summary

We are seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a new 41m super yacht, launching its inaugural season in the Mediterranean on March 1, 2026. In this permanent position, you will oversee all interior operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a pristine environment. Your responsibilities will include leading the interior team, maintaining high cleanliness and presentation levels, and coordinating tailored guest services for both charter and private clients. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in a similar role on luxury yachts, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a keen attention to detail. A proactive mindset and dedication to delivering excellent guest experiences are critical for this position. This role offers a competitive salary of €6,000 per month and is based in Malta, with opportunities to engage in prominent boat shows across Europe.

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

RYA Qualifications

• ICC International Certificate of Competence
• RYA First Aid
