We are seeking a qualified deckhand with a robust engineering background to join a new 41m yacht based in Italy. In this permanent/rotational role, you will lead a deck crew of three and collaborate closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of advanced technical systems, including dual Caterpillar C32 engines. Your responsibilities encompass managing electrical and electronic equipment, particularly focusing on audio-visual and air conditioning systems, as well as overseeing the operation of a Saxdor 320 outboard chase boat and various water toys. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and take a proactive approach to both deck and engineering tasks, contributing significantly to the vessel's performance and maintenance in the Mediterranean Sea. This position offers a competitive monthly wage and has a start date of March 1, 2026.
