Program Overview
We are seeking an experienced Captain to take command of a beautifully maintained classic Feadship. Long standing crew onboard.
This is a family-oriented program with American owners who are seeking a collaborative and communicative captain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as captain on similar sized vessels.
- Familiarity with Caribbean and New England waters
- Personable personality while also operating with discretion
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Safety-focused with high standards of professionalism and presentation
Requirements
- Yacht Master 500gt minimum
- Valid B1B2 Visa with at least 6 months of validity OR US passport
- Schengen Visa is a major advantage
- STCW
- ENG1
- Ability to speak English to a high standard
- Must be willing to comply to a criminal background check prior to employment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $14,000 - $15,000 +/- DOE
- Full medical insurance provided
