Summary

We are seeking a dedicated full time Sous/2nd Chef for a 58m classic yacht based in Spain, starting in mid-February. The role involves collaborating with a head chef during the summer season, where you will assist in meal preparation for both crew and guests, and taking full responsibility for the galley during the winter months, cooking for the crew. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse culinary skill set, with a strong emphasis on fresh, healthy cuisine. You should be adaptable and able to work independently, demonstrating creativity and organization. A passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow within a team are essential. Experience in similar roles is preferred. Ship cook certificate is required along with a current drivers licence and ability to handle the galley accounts.
