The Role
- Age 30-37
- Well-presented and appreciates the importance of personal appearance
- Lead and manage the interior department
- Read the room and adjust service and communication accordingly
- Set clear expectations for the interior team and lead junior crew with kindness
- Help foster a positive and cohesive crew culture to maintain existing longevity
- Oversee service, housekeeping, and day-to-day interior operations
- Remain fit and capable throughout the season
- Guest service style a mix of family style and silver service
The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on comparable vessels
- Brings warmth and a sense of ease to the onboard environment, without ego or drama
- Quietly confident, calm, and grounded
- Comfortable engaging with guests
- A clear communicator
- Organised and reliable
- Remain discreet and professional at all times
- Looking to make a genuine commitment to the role and programme, rather than a short-term placement (at least 2 years)
