2nd Stewardess
We are seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join a private motor yacht currently based out of Cape Town. The vessel has a strong crew dynamic with a supportive and respectful onboard culture, alongside clear structure, and high service standards.
This role suits someone reliable and positive, who is confident supporting the Chief Stewardess and contributing to a close-knit, professional interior team.
The Role
- Support the Chief Stewardess with day-to-day interior operations
- Assist within housekeeping and service
- Help lead guest service
- Great team leader who takes initiative
- Help foster a positive and cohesive crew culture to maintain existing longevity
The Candidate
- Minimum 3 years’ yachting experience
- Well-presented and appreciates the importance of personal appearance
- Confident stepping in to support the Chief Stewardess
- Positive, respectful, and fun
- Ability to integrate into an established crew and an easy going nature
- Looking for someone to stick around and commit to a minimum of 2 years
