Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled female Deck/Steward(ess) to join a 46m motor yacht currently based in Sint Maarten. This permanent position involves a balanced focus on both interior service (80%) and deck duties (20%). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one season of experience in a similar role, possess a B1/B2 Visa, and hold all necessary certifications. Responsibilities will include providing high-quality interior service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with deck operations as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position will involve upcoming trips over the next 1-2 months before transitioning back to the Mediterranean. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
