Summary
West Nautical Crew are seeking a talented, experienced Sole Chef to join a 42m private M/Y.
This is a permanent position but only single season with the owners, so a great opportunity for someone wanting to be land based for the winter!
The owners are very relaxed, buffet style Mediterranean mainly, they enjoy healthy, fresh dishes.
Crew of 9, who also love healthy food (& the occasional sweet treat!)
The owners are very generous to the crew to promote longevity.
The right candidate will have menu plans & photo portfolio to showcase their skills.
Paid trial in owners home prior to commencing on the yacht in March.
Qualifications & Requirements:
STCW, ENG1
Culinary qualifications
Food & Hygiene L2
At least 3 seasons experience on similar sized yacht
EU Passport
Female due to cabin arrangements
Package Offered:
SEA Contract €
5 days leave per month - extended leave over winter
Owners tips throughout the Med season
13th month salary bonus
