The Role
As 2nd Stewardess, you’ll become part of a tight-knit interior team of five, rotating through all areas of the department. Expect variety, pace, and plenty of opportunities to shine. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to take initiative.
You should be comfortable with:
• Laundry & housekeeping
• Cocktail making and table décor
• Service in both relaxed and high-energy guest environments
This is a charter-heavy, service-driven yacht with a lively, social atmosphere on board. If you thrive in guest-facing settings and love bringing positive energy to the team, you’ll fit right in.
Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in yachting
• Charter experience and strong guest interaction skills
• Confident, upbeat, and a true team player who lifts others up
