Job Description:
We are looking for a Temporary 2nd Officer for a 70m+ Private yacht based in the Middle East. The ideal candidate is someone with strong leadership skills and knowledge of safety and emergency procedures. The ideal candidate should be a good team player, have stelar communication skills and top-notch problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Officer in navigation, watchkeeping, and deck operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISM/ISPS standards
- Assist with maintenance, tender operations, and guest services as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as 2nd Officer on yachts 50m+
- Strong navigational skills, GMDSS proficiency, and ECDIS knowledge
Salary: 6000 EUR per month (consolidated - all-inclusive)
