Requirements
- Master 200 GT or higher (insurance requirement)
- Minimum 1 year as Mate or First Officer on similar-sized vessels
- Confident watchkeeper with solid deck leadership skills
- Strong tender driving and towing experience
- Comfortable managing toys and watersports operations
Ideal Profile
- Proper First Mate mindset (not a lead deckhand)
- Organized, proactive, and safety-focused
- Experience with fishing programs and scuba preferred
- Confident with tenders, chase boats, e-foils, SeaBobs
- Calm communicator and reliable team player
Itinerary
- Winter/Spring: Caribbean & Bahamas
- Tournament support: Bahamas & South Florida
- Summer: New England
- Fall: South Florida yard period
