Requirements
· Chief Mate 500 ticket in hand
· Proven experience as a chief officer
· Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations.
· Experience providing training on safety protocols, navigation skills, and overall professional development.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, guests, and third-party services.
· Hands- on and proactive
· B1/B2 essential
Start date: ASAP
Location: Mexico
Salary: USD 7500
Leave: 38 Days
Vessel and Itinerary – Private motor yacht, currently in Mexico- will cruise local area and beyond.
