Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sous/2nd Chef to join a team aboard a 90m private motor yacht currently located in Barcelona, Spain.
In this rotational position, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cuisine to our guests while collaborating closely with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing meals, maintaining kitchen standards, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess significant culinary experience, a strong understanding of various cuisines, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A valid B1/B2 visa is essential for this role.
The salary ranges from 5000 to 5500 Euros with 4:2 rotation.
Start date: end of January/beginning of February.
