Requirements:

- Strong on Bridge/accounts
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid history of crew management
- Hands on Deck as well
VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen as needed.
Background check and drug testing may apply.
Responsibilities: 2nd Officer duties. Manage deck team, good communicator with CO and Captain, great leadership skills.
We are seeking a candidate who can commit to the yacht and program for a minimum of one year.
The yacht is equipped with a purpose-built dive centre, making diving qualifications a plus, and a high-end 45-foot centre console sports fishing boat, so prior fishing experience would be advantageous.
Ideally someone coming from a Commercial background/Cadetship.
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold proper deck licensing for a 65m yacht with solid references. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about their job, eager to learn and develop, honest, hardworking, and has a happy disposition.
