Bosun in Sint Maarten

Summary

55m private yacht is looking for an experienced Bosun with at least 1 year longevity on same vessel.

13 crew

American family, surfing/fishing focused

Currently in Caribbean for winter, summer in the shipyard. 

2026/2027 Caribbean, Central America, Galapagos, S. Pacific

$4500-6000/month, depending on experience

10% Annual Bonus scheme

Yachtmaster at a minimum

2 years experience w/ at least 1 yr. Spent on same boat

Tender driving skills a must (40’ Invincible)

Must have B1/B2 in hand

Candidates in the US, Canada and Caribbean will have first preference.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
