Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bosun to join our team on a 60m motor yacht, based in Egypt. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for supervising deck operations and managing a crew of 16. Your primary duties will include overseeing maintenance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating deck activities. You will play a key role in training and mentoring junior crew members, as well as maintaining the vessel's equipment and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in deck operations, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of safety regulations. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. A valid STCW certification and relevant experience in a similar role are essential.
