DECKHAND 80M MY:
A great opportunity for a motivated Deckhand to join an 80m private yacht delivered last year and run to exceptionally high standards.
The role:
- Start date: 17th February
- Full deckhand position covering all exterior operations and guest-facing duties
- Strong emphasis on deck maintenance, including varnish, paintwork, sealant work, and detailing
- Tender driving, water sports support, watches, inventory management, and stock control
- Currently Med-based completing warranty works following a busy summer season
- Mediterranean summer season planned for 2026, with potential Caribbean winter program (TBC)
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years' as a Deckhand on 50m+ yachts
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
- Solid deck maintenance skillset, with particular strength in varnish work
- Advantageous but not essential: Heli Deck Assistant, B1/B2, PWC instructor
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
