Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Lead Deckhand for a 100m+ yacht
This is an exciting opportunity to work onboard a busy multi season, family and water sports orientated motor yacht with a worldwide itinerary. You will help lead the deck team and work under an experienced senior team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Lead Deckhand on larger vessels
- Yacht Master & Navigational Watch Rating in hand
- Experience in crane operations and driving large twin jet tenders essential.
- Confident on deck with good product knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills, team player
- Shipyard experience a bonus
- Experience and confident with water sports
