Summary

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 2^nd engineer for an 70m yacht  

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent 2nd Engineer to join the engineering team of a well-maintained luxury super yacht. Working closely with the Chief Engineer, you will assist in the day to day operation, maintenance, and reliability of all onboard system

Requirements

•                     2/E(MN)III/3 or III/3(Y3) with approved engine manufacturers course.

•                     All certs up to date

•                     Proven yachting experience

•                     Must be well organized and career driven

•                     Positive attitude and a team player

Start date: 1 February

Location: Caribbean

Salary: EUR 6000 with 13 month salary & annual % increase

Leave: 2:2

 Private vessel with dual season operations

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
