2nd Steward(ess) in Virgin Islands (British)

Summary

We are seeking a personable, strong 2nd / Relief Chief Stewardess to join a FF, 47m private/charter yacht with a 5-person interior team on a 4:1 rotation .

This role steps up to cover the Chief Stewardess during their off rotation and is well suited to an experienced 2nd Stew looking to bridge the gap to Chief, with full training, mentorship, and support provided.

Close-knit crew who value a positive onboard environment.

We are looking for someone who integrates well within a team, contributes to a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere, and maintains high professional standards at all times.

Currently cruising Caribbean

Crossing to the Mediterranean for Summer 2025

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 2nd Stewardess
• Excellent service skills and impeccable eye for detail
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• B1/B2 visa in hand (and Schengen visa if required)"

Salary~ $5000

Start~ Early February
