Captain – 38m Dutch New Build | Cayman Islands Flag | Private & Charter
We are seeking an experienced, energetic Captain for a stunning 38m Dutch new-build, Cayman Islands flagged, operating private and charter. Two charters are already confirmed for 2026, with strong daily charter interest.
The vessel operates with 7 crew, plus a 37ft chase boat/tender run by an 8th crew member who will reside onboard the mothership during private use and downtime.
The owner is looking for a professional, charter-focused Captain who can establish and lead a strong charter program throughout 2026, building a solid reputation and long-term success for the vessel.
Planned itinerary (2026/2027): Caribbean, Bahamas and US East Coast
The yacht is expected to return to the Mediterranean via Dockwise toward the end of 2026 or early 2027, followed by a Med season and warranty shipyard period.
