90m Charter Motor Yacht – Bosun
We are seeking an experienced and professional Bosun to join a busy 90m charter motor yacht.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on leadership role within the deck department, working closely with the bridge team to ensure the vessel is maintained and presented to the highest standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the deck team, setting clear standards and leading by example
- Oversee all aspects of exterior maintenance and presentation
- Strong knowledge of yacht maintenance, coatings, paints, and products
- Plan, delegate, and execute maintenance tasks efficiently
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with vessel procedures
Candidate Profile
- Proven Bosun experience, ideally on charter yachts
- Excellent technical knowledge of exterior maintenance and finishes
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bring out the best in the team
- Calm, organised, and professional approach
