Summary
We are seeking a male Sous Chef with a British or European passport to join a 70m Motor Yacht, currently in the shipyard until early May 2026, with a busy charter season to follow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality, healthy, and varied meals for a crew of 12
- Run the galley independently during the Head Chef’s leave
- Maintain a professional and well-organised kitchen environment
- Ensure nutritious and well-balanced meals tailored to crew preferences
Requirements:
- Culinary trained with a solid restaurant background
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sous Chef on a similar-sized yacht
- Previous charter experience strongly preferred
- Confident, calm, adaptable, independent, and organised in a busy environment
- Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Full driving lisence required
