Summary

We are seeking a male Sous Chef with a British or European passport to join a 70m Motor Yacht, currently in the shipyard until early May 2026, with a busy charter season to follow.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality, healthy, and varied meals for a crew of 12
  • Run the galley independently during the Head Chef’s leave
  • Maintain a professional and well-organised kitchen environment
  • Ensure nutritious and well-balanced meals tailored to crew preferences

Requirements:

  • Culinary trained with a solid restaurant background
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sous Chef on a similar-sized yacht
  • Previous charter experience strongly preferred
  • Confident, calm, adaptable, independent, and organised in a busy environment
  • Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Full driving lisence required
