Summary
Seeking an experienced Rotational Captain for a well-established 40m Private/Charters (20:80 private:charter) Motor Yacht operating in the USA, Bahamas, and Caribbean. Charters are busy, and back-to-back at times. Last Winter (Nov-Feb) did 12 Charters (5-7 day average).
This is rotational position with an 8:8 rotation, suited to a confident and professional Captain with strong charter experience and the ability to manage a busy program to a high standard.
Itinerary: USA / Bahamas / Caribbean (SXM, Anguilla, St Barts, BVIs)

Requirements:
- Master 500GT or higher
- Proven experience on similar size charter vessels
- Strong leadership, organisational, and guest-facing skills
- Ability to operate within US and Caribbean charter regulations
- Excellent communication and crew management skills
Non-smoker, no offensive tattoos
