Job Description:
- Reports to the Head Chef and Second Chef
- Supports the kitchen team with operational duties
- Will be required to assist with additional duties such as cleaning and loading
Culinary and other Skills Required:
- Excellent skills in European & Mediterranean cuisine
- Basic knowledge of other cuisines
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
- Fluent English is a must
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotels or on large passenger ships
Other: Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
Salary: 4,000 EUR per month. Flights and medical insurance.
Package: 4 months on :2 months off rotation paid 12 months a year
Other: Cabin sharing with 2 or 4 people depending on boat operations
