Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently looking for a strong Bosun with a minimum of 4/5 years yachting experience to join a 75m MY asap (next week). Longevity of at least 2 of them years on one vessel as Bosun is a MUST to be considered. The vessel is currently n the Caribbean and future plans will be discussed with shortlisted candidates only. This is a very well respected vessel, with most of its crew members being onboard for a minimum of 4 years. The successful candidate will be completely confident in paint and corrosion repairs, and a solid tender driver with guests on. A water sports instructors background would be ideal and will help your application providing you have the sufficient yachting experience. The clients have requested that only single candidates will be considered, crew also looking for couples roles cannot be considered on this occasion. They are looking for someone who fits in well with the current deck team, who can take the lead but also learn the vessels ways from the current crew onboard.
