We are seeking a motivated and professional female Deckhand to join a 65m+ Private Motor Yacht
The yacht will spend the winter back in Livorno for warranty work, before heading into a full Med season followed by world cruising
This is a private programme focused on relaxation and family time, you will be joined a close knit crew of 17
The Role
the ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, and eager to grow
- 1 year’s experience as a Deckhand on a similar sized programme
- Yachtmaster Offshore (YMO) preferred.
- Strong deck and maintenance knowledge.
- Schengen visa or EU passport required due to yard period.
Start Date: ASAP before Jan 2026 ideally
Salary: DOE €3,000
Leave: 60 days
